1. Lead and manage complex, cross-departmental business transformation projects from conception to successful implementation.
2. Implement change management strategies to ensure acceptance of new processes and systems, and to sustainably embed changes.
3. Quickly assimilate new topics and develop a deep understanding of the company's processes to create holistic solutions.
4. Prepare and present project status, results, and recommendations to decision-makers.
5. Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
6. Collaborate closely with diverse internal stakeholders (e.g., production, sales, marketing) and external partners.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Change Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing complex business changes and process innovations, preferably in a medium-sized enterprise.

1. Extensive experience with various project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and MS Office.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Strategic thinking and a solution-oriented, structured approach.
4. High level of initiative, responsibility, and results orientation.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills across all hierarchical levels.
6. Ability to clearly and concisely convey complex issues.
7. Strong relationship-building skills across departments and hierarchical levels.
8. Fluent in German and English.

At least 5 years of experience in leading complex business transformation projects and process innovations.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
