- Develop and enhance the brand positioning of A. Lange und Söhne in Europe through strategic public relations initiatives.
- Manage public communication and brand image, including planning and overseeing media and PR budgets.
- Coordinate and brief international PR and creative agencies, as well as internal stakeholders, while maintaining relationships with international press and market influencers.
- Plan comprehensive media strategies for European markets in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and the Headquarter Media Team, covering digital marketing, print media, and out-of-home campaigns.
- Monitor press coverage using KPI-based dashboards in collaboration with headquarters.
- Organize and potentially participate in photoshoots, interviews, and press events.
- Serve as the PR contact for all stakeholders, including boutiques, particularly concerning the communication of new products.
- Plan and manage European press and public relations activities.
- Develop targeted campaign strategies in collaboration with headquarters for PR and media channels, integrating them into 360-degree marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in PR, either agency-side or industry-side, preferably in the international luxury sector.
- Experience in digital marketing, SEA, and social media is advantageous.
- Analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Strong affinity for quality, lifestyle, and luxury goods.
- Cost awareness and strategic planning skills.
- Experience managing external service providers, ideally with international exposure.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational talent and team collaboration skills.
- High resilience and stress management capabilities.
5-10 years of experience in PR, preferably within the luxury sector, with a focus on international markets.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
