1. Manage and enhance software applications within the company, focusing on ERP systems, billing and document control, quality and testing systems, and other manufacturing-related applications.
2. Ensure system availability and performance through maintenance, monitoring, and system upgrades.
3. Plan and execute software and hardware rollouts.
4. Collaborate closely with various teams to implement IT projects and process optimizations.
5. Handle error management (support levels 2 and 3) in coordination with the Richemont IT team.
6. Support employees with new IT system and application requirements.
7. Prepare and assist in task execution with external service providers.
8. Create and maintain technical documentation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience in IT system and application management.
2. Proficiency in PC hardware, operating systems, and standard software.
3. Experience with IT structures and processes in corporate environments is advantageous.

4. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Several years of professional experience in managing IT systems and applications.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
