- Serve as the primary contact for the support and advancement of SAP systems, focusing on Sales & Distribution and Material Management modules.
- Analyze and document business requirements from various departments, ensuring feasibility and economic viability.
- Develop detailed concepts and solutions for integrating local requirements into the global SAP framework.
- Assist in the implementation of solutions and support system interfaces with internal and external applications.
- Organize and conduct user training sessions, providing necessary documentation and training materials.
- Provide application support across various service levels, primarily in collaboration with central service providers.
- Lead and enhance the global SAP Key User Community.
- Implement and refine systems, processes, and best practices for master data management.
- Profound knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting SAP SD and MM (R3 and S4), ideally in an international corporate setting.
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration, natural sciences, or equivalent training.
- Alternatively, career changers with a strong IT affinity and process experience in manufacturing, with proven experience in SAP SD & MM systems administration.
- Strong problem-solving mentality and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to build cross-departmental and hierarchical networks and relationships.
- Proficiency in English.
- High degree of independence, proactivity, and goal orientation.
- Good understanding of business processes.
Experience in an international corporate environment with SAP SD and MM systems.
Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, natural sciences, or equivalent training.
