- Adapt and implement global brand marketing strategies at the local level, focusing on areas with A. Lange & Söhne boutiques.
- Assess the brand's unique selling points in the local market and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing campaigns, product launches, and integrate cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.
- Conduct ongoing research on current trends and communication channel developments.
- Support CRM and Visual Merchandising managers in localizing and executing global CRM strategies.
- Enable Event Manager to plan and execute brand events according to HQ strategy.
- Build partnerships with key industry opinion leaders, media, and watch communities.
- Monitor and control the communication budget and report on activities and results.
- Embody and demonstrate Lange values and enhance brand equity.
- Develop and manage a high-performing marketing team, facilitating collaboration and professional growth.
- Minimum 8-10 years in a leading Marketing and/or Communications role within the luxury sector.
- Proven understanding of the luxury goods market, ideally within the watch industry.
- Established network of luxury media and relevant stakeholders in the region.
- Fluency in German and English, with additional languages being advantageous.
- Proficiency in digital and social media strategy development and execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong intercultural understanding.
- Leadership capabilities and ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented and stress-resistant.
Extensive luxury experience with a minimum of 8-10 years in a leading Marketing and/or Communications role, preferably in an international luxury environment.
