1. Maintain and service building technical systems or organize such work through external contractors.
2. Monitor and optimize the company's technical systems.
3. Perform minor repairs and rectify defects and emergencies independently and in collaboration with external service providers.
4. Oversee the processes of technical building equipment and maintenance of the company's properties.
5. Ensure orderliness and cleanliness on company premises.
6. Provide support and resources to various departments, including operational supplies.
7. Serve as elevator maintenance technician following training.
8. Be available for on-call duties.

1. Training or extensive professional experience as a measurement and control technician, electrician, or mechatronics technician, or in a related field.
2. Proficiency in additional trades (HVAC) is desirable.
3. Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional business travel.
4. Authorization for industrial trucks is advantageous.
5. Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written.

1. Strong technical and manual skills.
2. Familiarity with building management systems is desirable.
3. Competence in using standard PC software (Office applications).
4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
5. Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.

Extensive experience in technical maintenance or a related field is required.

Technical training or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
