A. Lange & Söhne External Boutique Director

- Define and execute the commercial strategy for A. Lange & Söhne's externally operated boutiques, wholesale partners and shop-in-shops across the assigned territory.
- Own P&L accountability for partner-run points of sale: set targets, monitor performance, and implement action plans to maximise sales and margin.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with external retail partners, landlords and local stakeholders; negotiate commercial terms and ensure contractual compliance.
- Ensure consistent brand standards across displays, visual merchandising, clienteling and after-sales presentation in all partner locations.
- Recruit, coach and certify boutique management and sales teams through targeted training programs and regular in-market visits.
- Manage inventory allocation, pre-owned/consignment flows and stock replenishment in close collaboration with supply chain and inventory planning.
- Analyse sales KPIs and market trends to identify growth opportunities, assortment adjustments and promotional activity.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, service and regional retail teams to deliver launches, VIP events and localised client experiences.
- Proven leadership in luxury retail or wholesale with direct responsibility for partner boutiques or franchise networks.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable P&L ownership and experience negotiating commercial agreements.
- Track record in luxury watches, jewellery or adjacent premium goods preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently and operate within a multi-site retail environment.
- Fluent business English and aptitude for working in international, multi-cultural teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, marketing or equivalent professional experience.
