1. Support the retail team in maintaining accurate CRM data and performance tracking.
2. Generate innovative ideas for client engagement.
3. Plan and execute regional CRM and social media campaigns.
4. Source and liaise with vendors for client experiences.
5. Manage SAP processes including purchase order creation, vendor creation, and invoice processing.
6. Collaborate with headquarters to maintain the regional communications calendar.
7. Implement and coordinate boutique activations.
8. Assist in planning roadshows and product launch events.
9. Consolidate data and gather insights for post-launch reporting.
10. Work closely with headquarters to maintain the regional events calendar.
11. Process sales orders and arrange logistics.
12. Support retail operations and perform other ad hoc duties.

1. Proven experience in marketing or a related field.
2. Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
3. Experience in event planning and execution.

3. Proficiency in SAP and CRM software.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or event management within the luxury sector is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
