1. Coordinate in-store operations and sales activities to ensure seamless client experiences.
2. Update monthly forecasts for supply chain and logistics, including stock replenishment.
3. Manage inventory control, conduct stock takes, and oversee shipments, transfers, and consignments.
4. Order accessories and POS materials, and maintain waiting/deposit lists.
5. Monitor weekly and monthly forecasts, and ensure the quality of the daily clientele book.
6. Support monthly store meetings and validate monthly commission reports.
7. Review staff rosters, leave, and overtime records, ensuring compliance and audit collaboration.
8. Verify customer payments, manage VAT-off sales, and handle vendor management and payments.
9. Oversee store petty cash and T&E spending, and manage after-sales service processes.
10. Collaborate on event client lists, support stock management during events, and report on leads and sales.

1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
2. 3 years of experience in luxury retail or boutique operations.

1. Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM software.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and retail software.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within luxury retail or boutique operations is required.

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
