- Manage the boutique's appearance and assist with visual merchandising.

- Handle client complaints and coordinate repairs and after-sales matters.
- Participate in stocktaking and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and master cash register operations.
- Report opportunities and incidents to management and share innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training to enhance client experience.
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably in watches or jewelry.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic action plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in handling high-value transactions and financial procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales, with a focus on high-end watches or jewelry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
