1. Oversee daily boutique operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Act as the manager-on-duty in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
3. Support the integration and training of new and existing team members.
4. Assist in the implementation and control of new visual merchandising concepts.
5. Drive sales by meeting personal budgets and supporting the boutique team in delivering the Lange selling ceremony.
6. Foster a positive and constructive atmosphere within the boutique.
7. Participate proactively in VIP events and manage boutique opportunities.
8. Build and maintain genuine relationships with customers, ensuring attention to VIP recruitment and database management.
9. Handle client complaints with care and report product-related issues to management.
10. Coordinate individual repairs and after-sales matters with Sales Administrators.

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. 3+ years of experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports
3. Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills
4. Demonstrated initiative and conscientiousness in responsibilities
5. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
2. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
3. Team player with the ability to work well within a group dynamic
4. Secondary language proficiency is a plus

A minimum of three years in luxury retail management and boutique operations, with experience in leading teams and driving sales.

Bachelor's Degree
