- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's image to boutique clients.
- Achieve personal and boutique sales targets through strategic use of resources and CRM tools.
- Prepare business analyses and action plans to meet sales objectives.
- Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and exceed boutique budgets.
- Lead and support the sales team in implementing commercial guidelines from headquarters.
- Conduct monthly boutique meetings and follow-up on action items.
- Act as manager-on-duty in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
- Identify and address training needs for boutique staff.
- Ensure staff appearance and behavior align with company policies and guidelines.
- Oversee store operations, ensuring compliance with Richemont and brand audits, regulations, and policies.
- Ensure accuracy in stocktaking and quality control processes.
- Enhance customer experience by supporting the boutique team in delivering the Lange selling ceremony.
- Foster a positive and constructive atmosphere within the boutique.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations.
- Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and conscientiousness in responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP experience preferred.
- Secondary language proficiency is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Team player with the ability to work well in a group dynamic.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail management and boutique operations is required, with experience in leading teams and direct reporting.
Bachelor’s Degree
Expected salary range is $75K - $85K, with eligibility for bonuses and commissions.
