1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand image to boutique clients.
2. Achieve personal sales targets and boutique KPIs as defined by the Boutique Manager and Retail Director.
3. Conduct business analysis and develop action plans to meet sales objectives.
4. Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and exceed boutique budgets.
5. Lead the sales team in crafting strategies for enhanced client experiences and long-term relationships.
6. Implement HQ commercial guidelines and support monthly boutique meetings.
7. Act as manager-on-duty in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
8. Identify training needs and integrate new team members.
9. Ensure compliance with Richemont and brand audit regulations and policies.
10. Maintain accuracy in stocktaking and quality control.
11. Foster a positive atmosphere and genuine customer relationships.
12. Ensure the boutique team delivers the Lange selling ceremony confidently.

1. Bachelor’s Degree.
2. 5+ years of experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations.
3. Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
4. Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as needed.
5. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; SAP preferred.
7. Secondary language proficiency is advantageous.

Expected salary range: $75K - $85K, with eligibility for bonuses and commissions.
