1. Manage and maintain IT hardware and software across all company workstations.
2. Install and integrate PCs and notebooks into the corporate network.
3. Serve as the primary contact for IT support inquiries from employees.
4. Participate in various IT department functions during the three-year apprenticeship.
5. Learn to commission IT equipment with hardware inventory and software distribution.
6. Repair PCs and notebooks and install task-specific application software.

1. Completion of secondary school education with strong grades in Mathematics, Physics, English, and Computer Science.

1. Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new tasks.
2. Patience for error analysis and creative problem-solving.
3. Strong interest in maintaining the functionality of communication infrastructure.

No prior professional experience is required, as this is an apprenticeship position.

Secondary school diploma with emphasis on Mathematics, Physics, English, and Computer Science.
