1. Provide operational support to the Transport team.
2. Participate in managing transport disputes and customs blockages with carriers.
3. Assist in assembling contentious files and tracking reimbursements with insurance companies.
4. Monitor daily customer delivery statuses.
5. Oversee supplier deliveries and quotations.
6. Update tracking spreadsheets.
7. Generate transport labels and customs documents to ensure smooth customs clearance.
8. Track supplier shipments, including returns to service centers and shipments to specialized providers.
9. Research and propose AI-based solutions to optimize service performance.

1. Pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree, preferably from a business school or equivalent university.
2. Interest in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain fields.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.

Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree in a relevant field.
