1. Establish bank reconciliations across multiple currencies.
2. Record foreign exchange transactions and align cash pooling accounts.
3. Manage and account for fixed assets and depreciation.
4. Reconcile inter-company accounts.
5. Justify various debtor and creditor accounts.
6. Manage supplier payment schedules and expense reports.
7. Collaborate with the Chief Accountant in preparing annual accounts and tax returns.
8. Prepare audit files for external auditors.
9. Prepare fiscal declarations including VAT, DEB, DES, C3S, CFE, CVAE.
10. Manage French and European VAT submissions, including monthly CA3 and OSS.
11. Coordinate US Sales Tax declarations and local state registrations.
12. Invoice Trade Marketing operations.
13. Reconcile sales against cash and manual refunds.
14. Monitor e-commerce platform receipts (Stripe, PayPal).
15. Analyze and control monthly aged balances.
16. Record inventory entries (accruals, prepayments).
17. Manage dispute resolutions.

1. Degree in Accounting (DCG/DSCG) or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting firm or corporate environment.

1. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
2. Comfortable drafting emails in English.
3. Familiarity with SAP Business One is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Degree in Accounting (DCG/DSCG) or equivalent.
