1. Analyze component needs based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and sales forecasts.
2. Manage stock levels of components, optimizing storage costs.
3. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of supplier parameters in the ERP system.
4. Maintain updated product sheets, including supply lead times and economic order quantities.
5. Process and transmit orders to suppliers, ensuring meticulous follow-up on order portfolios.
6. Coordinate component availability for subcontracting.
7. Monitor supply chain disruptions and new product launches, implementing corrective actions as needed.
8. Prioritize urgent goods receipt and quality control.
9. Communicate order forecasts to suppliers and conduct business reviews.
10. Negotiate pricing with suppliers in line with purchasing strategy.
11. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and purchasing performance.
12. Analyze ERP-generated alert files and propose corrective actions.
13. Participate in continuous improvement projects.
14. Identify and implement cost optimization actions within the procurement portfolio.
15. Serve as the primary interface for project managers on procurement aspects during new product launches.

1. Master's degree in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
2. Several years of experience as a procurement specialist in an industrial environment, with significant purchasing experience.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally Pro-Concept.
2. Advanced proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within an industrial setting.
