- Create monthly reports on key clienteling KPIs.
- Manage and update the global Clienteling Calendar daily.
- Support the execution of regional One-To-One and One-To-Few campaigns.
- Assist in worldwide One-To-One and One-To-Many campaigns, including target audience creation.
- Conduct ad-hoc campaign performance analysis.
- Ensure regular updates to Saint Laurent clienteling tools.
- Contribute to the creation of clienteling training materials.
- Handle requests for data cleansing.
- Provide general support to the Global Client Development department.
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of SQL and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Familiarity and passion for the luxury fashion industry is a plus.
