1. Monitor product development in collaboration with various departments such as Studio, pattern makers, workshops, and external manufacturers.
2. Update the PLM tool daily with launch/reception dates, fabric stock, and sample/bill of materials creation.
3. Coordinate the collection's organizational process from prototyping to sampling.
4. Oversee the delivery of pieces.
5. Track prototypes and collection repetitions.
6. Follow up with manufacturers.
7. Assist in fitting preparations.
8. Create reference labels for models.
9. Receive and inspect pieces.
10. Manage special orders for Press, VIP, VIC, and trunk shows.

1. Previous experience in the luxury or fashion sector is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.

1. Strong command of Word and Excel.
2. Knowledge of PLM software is beneficial.
3. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, dynamism, and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in luxury or fashion is preferred but not mandatory.
