Yves Saint Laurent Event and Production Assistant Intern

1. Coordinate event logistics, including research of venues, vendors, artists, and trends.
2. Assist in the logistical and production aspects of external and internal events such as fashion shows, dinners, and artistic projects.
3. Support the logistics and production of Maison's photoshoots, including advertising campaigns and e-commerce shoots.
4. Coordinate YSL Beauté photoshoots, managing styling requests and coordinating looks with stylists.
5. Manage event inventory, including tracking entries, exits, and follow-ups.
6. Provide administrative support, including meeting notes and travel arrangements.
7. Conduct benchmarking of competitor events and update guidelines.
8. Assist in archiving activities.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Communication.
2. Fluency in English is mandatory.
3. A keen interest in luxury and event communication.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Excellent spelling and grammar.
3. Strong organizational and autonomous working skills.
4. Team-oriented mindset.

A significant internship experience in event production or photoshoots is preferred.
