1. Diagnose, service, and repair watches in accordance with brand-specific guidelines.
2. Complete servicing of all brand models, including mechanical, quartz, ETA-based, and Modular Chronograph movements.
3. Test timepieces for accuracy and performance using specialized tools and equipment.
4. Inspect all incoming components for damage, marks, and scratches to ensure they meet agreed specifications.
5. Achieve a daily output of four points, with tasks such as servicing a Chronograph movement earning three points and a standard automatic one point.

1. Proven track record of working with luxury and complicated watches.
2. Prior experience in a watchmaking environment, completing overhauls.
