- Manage in-store stock with overall responsibility for inventory accuracy.
- Process stock requests and live orders efficiently and promptly.
- Support the sales team with watch-related inquiries.
- Conduct thorough stock audits to maintain a zero-error rate.
- Identify and resolve any stock-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare watches for transfer to other Watchfinder boutiques.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and back-office storage.
- Book in returned watches accurately.
- Proven experience in stock management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in computer systems.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight time constraints.
- Methodical and process-driven mindset.
- Effective multi-tasking and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in stock management or a related logistics role is required.
