1. Manage all deliveries from the headquarters to international stores, ensuring careful handling and accurate administration.
2. Maintain up-to-date records of dispatched watches in internal management systems.
3. Process inbound deliveries from international stores to the headquarters.
4. Communicate with international stores regarding order status, delivery details, and lead times via email and phone.
5. Conduct final quality control checks to ensure watches are in presentable condition for dispatch.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to update them on delivery schedules and potential delays.
7. Identify and resolve potential issues or delays in product dispatch.
