1. Assist the Head of CRM in the creation, testing, and execution of broadcast email campaigns.
2. Coordinate and optimize customer journeys to enhance engagement and drive repeat purchases.
3. Support the achievement of KPIs through various email marketing tasks.
4. Analyze weekly email activity using CRM data and Google Analytics to report on key metrics.
5. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to identify suitable email content and target audiences.
6. Conduct A/B testing and implement monthly test plans.
7. Manage customer email responses, including unsubscribes and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
8. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor communications, providing insightful analysis.

1. Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

1. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop in digital marketing.
2. Solid understanding of Email Marketing and CRM.
3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
4. Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
5. Confident in presenting ideas and engaging in discussions.
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in CRM within an online or retail environment is advantageous but not mandatory.

Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
