- Assist the CRM Manager in developing the CRM activity schedule and coordinating with markets.
- Create email campaigns, including creative briefs, translation management, and approvals, in collaboration with the CRM agency for integration and dispatch via Salesforce.
- Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators.
- Manage digital projects, ensuring coordination with various stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis for inspiration and compile a monthly CRM benchmark report for presentation to markets.
- Implement long-term A/B tests to enhance performance.
- Coordinate CRM projects, such as email template redesigns and the implementation of new customer lifecycle emails.
- Oversee financial tracking with service providers, including quotes and invoicing.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Marketing with a focus on digital marketing.
- Prior experience in CRM is advantageous.
