Van Cleef & Arpels Senior Payroll Manager

- Manage the entire payroll process within SAP for the designated scope, ensuring data accuracy.
- Prepare social charges, control DSN, and monitor IJSS reimbursements.
- Serve as the liaison with various organizations such as Humanis, CPAM, Vivinter, and URSSAF.
- Establish payroll-related processes and controls, and contribute to testing system evolutions in collaboration with HRIS.
- Participate in Group Richemont payroll projects and deploy them within Van Cleef & Arpels.
- Assist the Payroll and HR Administration Manager with various tasks, including data queries, DOETH establishment, and calculations for profit-sharing and participation.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Payroll Manager.
- Proficiency in payroll software, with SAP as a preferred advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented mindset.
At least 10 years of experience in payroll management, with a strong command of payroll software and Excel.
