Van Cleef & Arpels Senior Manager, Product Marketing

- Cultivate and implement marketing strategies for High Jewelry collections, aligning with both global and local business directions.
- Collaborate with the International Marketing team to ensure alignment with the global launch calendar and animation strategy, while providing feedback on local adjustments.
- Orchestrate a 360-degree product strategy tailored to the local context in collaboration with regional departments such as Retail, HJ Development, CRM, Communications, and Supply Chain.
- Plan and support international and local launch activations, events, and animations with product selection and training.
- Lead and inspire a team of product segment experts, including two direct Managers of Inventory and Sales and three indirect Assistant Managers.
- Participate in the definition and implementation of strategic plans.
- Provide sales, market, and trend analysis to direct and develop local strategies.
- Partner with Retail and Supply Chain to create and maintain budget and LE projections, ensuring alignment with annual forecasts.
- Leverage unique and rare stock to maximize client opportunities and sales potential.
- Support daily business needs and special events with product information and client-facing tools.
- Manage long and short-term HJ inventory strategy to adapt to the evolving boutique network.
- Oversee the High Jewelry Marketing team’s T&E budget.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and merchandising within a high jewelry or luxury retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage product strategies and convey market-specific insights.
A minimum of 10 years in marketing and merchandising within the high jewelry or luxury retail sector is required.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
Expected salary range is $130,000 - $155,000 annually, with eligibility for a yearly bonus.
