1. Oversee the Human Resources function for the designated region, aligning with the company's HR policies and updates.
2. Lead and support HR processes including salary reviews, annual and development interviews, career committees, and training plans.
3. Manage budget tracking for consolidated staffing.
4. Ensure compliance with legal and contractual labor regulations, anticipating legal and social impacts.
5. Support the team in legal matters, disciplinary actions, and departures.
6. Implement and manage activity tracking indicators within the scope of responsibility.
7. Harmonize HR actions across different workshops.
8. Maintain a positive social climate and ensure effective social dialogue with employee representatives, adhering to health and safety standards.
9. Guide and develop the HR team across various sites, prioritizing and coordinating their missions.
10. Lead various cross-functional projects.
11. Frequent travel within the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and to Paris.

1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in generalist Human Resources within an industrial environment, preferably at a production site.
