1. Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional client service.
2. Participate in community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events.
3. Manage CRM initiatives, ensuring accurate client data capture and effective communication on novelties and events.
4. Assist in daily display setup and breakdown, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
5. Travel as required for business needs.

1. Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
3. Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

1. Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Curiosity and passion for providing exceptional service.

A minimum of 7 years in a luxury retail environment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
