1. Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional customer service.
2. Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events.
3. Utilize curated clienteling tools to reach out to current and prospective clients.
4. Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data management, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
5. Assist in maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality through display setup and breakdown.
6. Travel as required to fulfill role responsibilities.

1. Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
