- Maximize sales of high jewellery pieces by achieving set sales objectives and targets.
- Develop and expand the client network by attending community social functions and inviting clients to in-store events.
- Set up and dismantle window and in-store displays daily, ensuring products are securely stored each night.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage after-sales services, including the repair process.
- Implement company policies and procedures, including security, consignment, and valuation requests.
- Educate clients on Van Cleef & Arpels' quality standards and product offerings.
- Maintain the aesthetic quality and presentation of the store.
- Previous experience in selling fine jewellery or high-end luxury products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of clienteling and relationship building.
- Excellent computer proficiency.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
Prior experience in luxury retail, particularly in fine jewellery, is preferred.
