1. Oversee local store projects including openings, renovations, expansions, and relocations, ensuring seamless execution and minimal operational disruption.
2. Coordinate with regional teams, support functions, and external vendors to manage project timelines, budgets, and necessary approvals.
3. Ensure optimal maintenance response and continuous improvement of store environments, developing a local network of service providers.
4. Implement and evolve Visual Merchandising (VM) concepts in line with headquarters' guidelines, coordinating with communication, events, and retail operations teams.
5. Lead and develop a Visual Merchandising Coordinator and an Intern, fostering their professional growth and daily support.
