- Oversee the client pillars for Van Cleef & Arpels Asia Pacific, shaping and executing the regional client strategy.
- Ensure alignment with the Maison's global vision while adapting strategies to local market specificities.
- Lead the Regional Client Community, fostering best practice sharing and synergy across the Asia Pacific region.
- Manage three direct reports and provide leadership to the wider client community in the region.
- Define and implement the regional Client Development strategy, ensuring alignment with HQ and local adaptation.
- Translate client data into business strategies to drive prospect conversion and long-term loyalty.
- Oversee the regional insights framework, ensuring database completeness and accuracy.
- Embed clienteling tools, KPIs, and best practices across markets consistently.
- Partner with Retail Excellence to enhance boutique clienteling capabilities.
- Oversee the regional CRM and client communication strategy, ensuring campaigns are timely and ROI-driven.
- Ensure consistent delivery of the Maison’s standards of hospitality and experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with HQ to implement innovative tools and initiatives that elevate client experience.
- Proven ability to define strategy and influence stakeholders in luxury retail.
- Experience in leading and developing teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in clienteling tools and CRM systems, including Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to leverage data and insights to drive business strategies.
