- Contribute to delivering an exceptional client service journey.
- Drive the Service Culture project by disseminating information and ensuring its adoption in boutiques.
- Evaluate new ideas, align with headquarters on priorities, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the client service experience.
- Support the design, testing, execution, and follow-up of client service projects.
- Act as a regional owner of headquarters projects, ensuring smooth execution and market adoption.
- Ensure the adoption of headquarters client service training programs by collaborating on content and organizing training sessions.
- Lead discussions and follow up on quality issues, managing communication with markets and Group Client Services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain sellable stock conditions and serve as a key contact for the Maison quality charter.
- Proven experience in project management and customer service.
- Client-centric mindset with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese, Korean, or French is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in project management and customer service within a luxury or client-focused environment.
