1. Ensure the compliance of jewelry manufacturing with the Maison's quality expectations, including aesthetic, dimensional, functional, and weight specifications.
2. Develop and maintain a documented surveillance plan, overseeing the elements and equipment necessary for quality control.
3. Conduct training sessions to educate teams and maintain quality standards in alignment with Maison's requirements.
4. Address non-conformities by guiding teams in problem-solving and validating action plans, coordinating corrective actions.
5. Implement defined processes through line audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Record and report the Quality performance of the atelier, developing and sharing quality performance indicators.
7. Define and enforce site policies for environment, health, safety, ergonomics, hygiene, and fire safety.
8. Ensure site compliance with internal and regulatory requirements in the aforementioned domains.
9. Support management in fostering a behavioral approach to risk management and maintaining control over risk-related responsibilities.

1. Engineering degree or Master's degree.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality department within a detail-oriented sector.
