Van Cleef & Arpels Project Manager

- Ensure the integrity of high jewelry stock and manage client tools.
- Act as an ambassador for the 'Halte à la Casse' project, drafting guidelines for handling and packing.
- Deploy specific handling trainings for regions and markets ahead of client or press events, and coordinate repairs with Customer Service and Workshops.
- Create various client tools, such as unique books and certificates of authenticity, in collaboration with the Editions, Content, and Heritage teams.
- Oversee the logistics of jewelry photoshoots, including action plans, piece selection, presence at shoots, handling, and retouch follow-ups.
- Participate in the recruitment and development of an intern and an apprentice.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and in an international context.
A minimum of initial experience in a Project Manager role is required.
