1. Lead and manage a portfolio of transformation and continuous performance improvement projects across various activities and métiers, both internally within the Operations & Métiers Department and with external supplier partners.
2. Facilitate transformation initiatives and oversee problem-solving processes by conducting workshops, while acting as an ambassador by training and coaching internal teams and partners on key dimensions of operational excellence, including technical, managerial, and behavioral aspects.
3. Develop reporting tools and ensure effective communication of each project's progress to organizational stakeholders.
4. Travel as required to support project implementation and stakeholder engagement.

1. Proven experience in project management within an industrial environment.
2. Strong command of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Office tools.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
2. Capability to coach and support multidisciplinary teams.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Significant experience in managing and leading projects in an industrial setting, with a focus on transformation and performance improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
