Van Cleef & Arpels Operations Manager

- Oversee and enhance boutique operations in alignment with Van Cleef & Arpels and Richemont guidelines.
- Plan, schedule, and ensure effective administration, inventory, operations, and logistics within the boutique.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and procedures related to store operations.
- Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely submission to the corporate office.
- Manage supplier coordination, boutique maintenance, and supply replenishment.
- Motivate, support, and develop the Vault team through regular meetings and updates on projects and events.
- Manage boutique stock and inventory, ensuring adherence to Richemont guidelines and reporting issues.
- Ensure audit and action plan follow-up, monitoring product movement and stock maintenance.
- Train new boutique team members on financial guidelines, operations, and sales processes.
- Develop action plans to improve working conditions if necessary.
- Responsible for daily setup and closure of the boutique.
- Collaborate with Richemont security management to enhance boutique security.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail operations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Windows environment, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 7 years in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Salary range: $95,000 - $105,000, eligible for bonus.
