Van Cleef & Arpels Operations Manager

1. Oversee and enhance boutique operations in alignment with Van Cleef & Arpels and Richemont guidelines.
2. Plan, schedule, and ensure effective administration, inventory, operations, and logistics within the boutique.
3. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and procedures related to store operations.
4. Monitor daily financial aspects of boutique sales, ensuring accurate and timely submission of transactions and paperwork.
5. Manage supplier coordination, daily maintenance, and supply replenishment of the boutique.
6. Motivate, support, and develop the Vault team, conducting regular meetings and updates.
7. Manage boutique stock and inventory, ensuring compliance with Richemont guidelines.
8. Ensure audit and action plan follow-up, monitoring product movement and stock maintenance.
9. Train new Boutique team members on financial guidelines, operations, and sales processes.
10. Develop action plans to improve working conditions if necessary.
11. Responsible for daily setup and unset of the Boutique for opening and closing.
12. Collaborate with Richemont security management to enhance boutique security efficiency.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail operations.
3. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred.

4. Proficiency in Windows environment, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in retail operations is required.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary range: $120,000 - $125,000. Position is eligible for bonus.
