1. Support the Operations Manager in managing stock, logistics, and boutique-related administration.
2. Receive, transfer, and conduct stock counts, including handling special product requests and high-jewelry pieces.
3. Contribute to document management, including invoices, archives, and mails.
4. Follow up and prepare omni-channel orders.
5. Take over digital tools topics in the absence of Operations & Sales Manager.
6. Ensure the back-office area is properly set up and update price tags as needed.
7. Comply with Maison’s policies and procedures, ensuring good practices in product storage and manipulation.
8. Manage customer service flows, including sending and receiving repairs, and control all repairs upon reception.
9. Manage spare parts and accessories, including inventories, stock control, and replenishment.
10. Develop personal knowledge and skills through self-training, group training sessions, and e-learning campaigns.
11. Raise awareness of back-office activities among the sales team and train backups.
12. Contribute to a positive team spirit and actively participate in the day-to-day boutique life.

1. Experience in retail, particularly in luxury retail or the service sector such as hospitality or tourism.
2. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.

3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication skills in English.
5. Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Previous experience in retail, particularly within the luxury sector or service industries such as hospitality or tourism, is required.
