1. Ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operational activities.
2. Prepare and execute operational tasks with precision.
3. Utilize ERP and Middleware systems to manage and fulfill online orders.
4. Serve as the primary contact for CRC Client Advisors regarding orders and stock requests.
5. Support daily operations to ensure the availability of necessary components for order fulfillment, including stock, consumables, and services such as engraving.
6. Analyze client behaviors and enhance the performance of online retail boutiques.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Experience with enterprise IT systems, particularly SAP.
