1. Lead the development and industrialization of products, ensuring the incubation and optimization of new processes.
2. Oversee technical projects at the Châteauneuf-sur-Isère workshop, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
3. Provide deliverables at various project milestones and formalize all technical ranges and processes of the workshop.
4. Manage and master the workshop's industrial processes, implementing new procedures and supporting production teams.
5. Handle all product technical data within the ERP system in coordination with MDM and maintain a coherent PLM strategy.
6. Supervise, support, and motivate the Methods team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
7. Ensure effective communication and process deployment with key stakeholders for product development and production launch.
8. Support the implementation of cross-functional projects with Innovation and Methods teams based in Paris, ensuring technological vigilance and best practice adoption.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role or in production management, project management, with team leadership experience.

1. Proficiency in information systems such as ERP and PLM.
2. Strong knowledge of Lean Management.
3. Excellent interpersonal and team development skills.
4. Proactive with strong priority management skills.
