- Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique and manage inbound calls.
- Provide written responses to customers’ inquiries via email and chat, addressing topics such as hours of operation and repair process queries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a retail, contact center, or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Salary range of $25-$27 per hour, negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
