1. Maximize sales of high jewellery pieces.
2. Ensure exceptional client experiences aligned with Van Cleef & Arpels values.
3. Achieve sales objectives and targets.
4. Develop a robust network and clientele.
5. Attend community social functions to generate new clientele and invite clients to in-store events.
6. Set up and dismantle window and in-store displays daily, ensuring products are securely stored each night.
7. Provide outstanding customer service and manage after-sales service, including repair processes.
8. Implement company policies and procedures, including security, consignment, and valuation requests.
9. Educate clients on Van Cleef & Arpels quality standards and product line.
10. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.

1. Previous experience in selling fine jewellery or high-end luxury products is preferred.

1. Strong understanding of clienteling.
2. Excellent computer skills.
3. Strong attention to detail with multitasking ability.
4. Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships and gain trust and respect.

Experience in luxury retail, particularly in fine jewellery, is highly preferred.
