1. Drive talent data management for the Maison, ensuring consistent use of the Talent Desktop across regions.
2. Coordinate the adoption of talent tools and systems, and lead digitalization initiatives in collaboration with the Group on talent management topics.
3. Organize and conduct annual training sessions on talent systems, Career Committee processes, and reporting, while creating clear documentation and fostering best practice sharing.
4. Onboard new team members within the Talent Management community on relevant topics.
5. Collaborate with relevant teams to create and develop future talent programs.

1. Proven HR experience in a multinational environment.
2. Fluency in English and French.
