1. Develop a strategic talent pipeline for targeted roles across the organization.
2. Lead the definition and implementation of a University Engagement strategy aligned with future hiring needs.
3. Assist in the migration and adoption of the Workday recruitment platform.
4. Optimize the content and design of the Talent Acquisition SharePoint for enhanced usability and engagement.
5. Collaborate with the Internal Communication Team on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives.
6. Handle ad hoc requests, including data analysis and reporting, to support Talent Acquisition goals.

1. Proven experience in Talent Acquisition across diverse international markets.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive talent acquisition initiatives with measurable impact.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
2. Digital savvy with knowledge of Workday as a plus.
3. Fluency in English; French is considered an advantage.

Confirmed experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to international markets.
