1. Shape and deploy the global Learning and Development strategy for the Maison.
2. Lead and manage impactful projects that prioritize a learning-centric culture.
3. Develop and implement diverse learning solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
4. Create e-learning and multimodal development programs.
5. Facilitate training sessions and monitor development programs.
6. Manage and develop a global team of L&D professionals.
7. Support regional stakeholders in deploying local L&D strategies.
8. Identify and select external training providers.
9. Monitor trends in digital training and learning innovations.
10. Travel frequently to Geneva and other global locations.

1. Solid professional experience in Learning and Development.
2. Ability to lead, build, and implement learning strategies collaboratively.
3. Excellent understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
4. High command of project management.
5. Strong expertise in learning technologies and platforms.
6. Excellent managerial skills with the ability to engage and empower.

1. Strong listening and communication skills.
2. Ability to establish and foster strong relationships across the organization.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

Significant experience in Learning and Development within an international, fast-paced environment.
