1. Manage personnel administration, including onboarding and offboarding formalities, contract drafting, and medical visit coordination.
2. Oversee absence management, illness tracking, payroll variable calculations, and restaurant ticket orders.
3. Handle administrative tasks related to training dossiers.
4. Conduct recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate communication, interviews, and application tracking.
5. Ensure seamless integration and administrative follow-up from recruitment to employee exit.
6. Prepare and share HR activity reports and KPIs, such as workforce and absenteeism metrics.
7. Collaborate with internal HR teams to monitor HR processes and calendar events.
8. Maintain data quality and contribute to the implementation of HR policies.

1. Experience in a human resources department.
