Van Cleef & Arpels Human Resources Specialist

- Manage personnel administration, including onboarding and offboarding formalities, contract drafting, and medical visit coordination.
- Oversee absence management, illness tracking, payroll variable calculations, and restaurant ticket orders.
- Handle administrative tasks related to training dossiers.
- Conduct recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate communication, interviews, and application tracking.
- Ensure seamless integration and administrative follow-up from recruitment to employee exit.
- Prepare and share HR activity reports and KPIs, such as workforce and absenteeism metrics.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams to monitor HR processes and calendar events.
- Maintain data quality and contribute to the implementation of HR policies.
- Experience in a human resources department.
- Familiarity with HR administrative processes.
- Strong organizational and rigorous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
Previous experience in a human resources role is required.
