1. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across all levels to align HR strategies with business objectives.
2. Develop and implement an integrated People Strategy that supports business growth and fosters a unique organizational culture.
3. Provide comprehensive HR Business Partnering services, including HR planning, staffing, performance management, talent management, learning and development, and employee relations.
4. Promote an inclusive work environment that aligns with Van Cleef & Arpels' values and enhances employee experience.
5. Support employer branding and team-building programs, such as 'HR Open Door' and 'Long Service Awards.'
6. Streamline HR administrative processes, including data management, system implementation, and report creation.
7. Lead and support CSR/Sustainability initiatives, including organizing volunteering opportunities and facilitating CSR/Sustainability Labs.

1. Extensive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the retail industry.
2. Proficiency in both English and Japanese, with excellent interpersonal and consultative skills.
3. Ability to translate complex strategic topics into actionable goals and deliverables.
4. Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
