1. Manage daily operations of general services across office and workshop environments.
2. Oversee framework contracts, renew supplier agreements, and coordinate with the real estate department on technical building operations.
3. Lead energy efficiency projects, including data collection, optimization proposals, and certifications.
4. Act as a reference for sustainability policies, promoting ecological practices such as waste sorting and co-mobility.
5. Enhance the work environment by optimizing workspace and improving employee well-being.
6. Manage the vehicle fleet.
7. Handle administrative and financial tasks including order processing, invoice tracking, contract centralization, and budget preparation.

1. Previous experience in general services coordination.

4. Methodical and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
5. Strong environmental awareness.
6. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
